Create Your Free Account Rentallink offers two types of accounts to meet different needs:

Guest Account
This account is for individual users who want to browse listings, rent products, or book services.

Owner Account
This account is for businesses, suppliers, or service providers who want to upload listings and manage rentals.

To create an account:

Click the Sign In option on the website.
Select Register, where you will see the options for Owner and Guest.
Choose Guest if you are an individual looking to rent products or services.
Choose Owner if you are a business or supplier wanting to list products or services.
Fill in the required fields with your details, verify your email, and submit.
Log in to begin setting up your profile.

For suppliers, profile setup includes adding business information, uploading images, selecting categories, and preparing listings for customers. This process ensures that both individuals and businesses can join Rentallink quickly and start renting or listing products and services immediately.

Set Up Your Supplier Profile

After logging in, visit My Profile to customize your account. You can:

Upload images: Showcase your products, office, or event setups. You can upload up to 15 images per listing.
Add contact information: Make it easy for customers to reach you via email, phone, and location.
Select categories: Organize listings under clear categories, including:

Once your profile is ready, start adding listings. Listings are the core of Rentallink and showcase your products or services.

Each listing should include:

Images: Upload up to 15 high-quality images to provide a full view of your product or service.
Booking details: Include instructions, restrictions, or other important notes.

Customer Experience

Customers can browse all suppliers through the Suppliers page. They can filter listings by category, location, or type of service. Customers can view profiles, read descriptions, check images, see reviews, and compare multiple suppliers before making a choice.

Once a customer selects a product or service:

They can send a booking request or rent directly through the platform.
Payments are processed securely through Rentallink.
Customers receive confirmation and any necessary booking instructions.
