The Platform is operated by Rimcore VB (“Rimcore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Rimcore VB is the general operator, controller, and responsible entity for the Platform and these Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law. To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

RentalLink is an online marketplace platform that enables users to list, advertise, buy, sell, rent, exchange, promote, and discover products, goods, services, and other lawful items. Rimcore VB provides a technology platform that facilitates interactions between users. Rimcore VB is not the owner, seller, buyer, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, agent, or broker of items listed by users unless expressly stated otherwise. Any transaction, agreement, purchase, sale, rental, or arrangement is entered into directly between users. Rimcore VB is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, safety, legality, delivery, or performance of goods, services, or users.
4. User Obligations
Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Provide accurate and truthful information. Do not upload or share unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, counterfeit, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content. Do not use the Platform to scam, harass, spam, or deceive other users. Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Platform. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Listings and User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including listings, photographs, descriptions, reviews, messages, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Rimcore VB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and promote such content for the operation, improvement, and marketing of the Platform. We reserve the right to remove, edit, suspend, or reject any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Fees and Payments
Certain Platform features may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, trademarks, logos, content, designs, graphics, and technology, are owned by or licensed to Rimcore VB. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Items and Activities
Users may not use the Platform to advertise, offer, sell, purchase, distribute, or promote illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen property, weapons or prohibited items, controlled substances, fraudulent schemes, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or any product, service, or activity prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Rimcore VB is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not verify all listings, products, services, users, or information posted on the Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into transactions.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rimcore VB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, disputes between users, losses arising from transactions between users, or defective, unsafe, illegal, counterfeit, or misrepresented products or services listed by users. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Rimcore VB during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rimcore VB, its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, we believe your activities may harm the Platform or other users, or we are required to do so by law.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
